IPOH, Dec 14 (Bernama) — Former Perak footballer, Wan Hossen Wan Abdul Ghani, has returned to the team to strengthen Perak in the 2011 Malaysian League season.

Earlier, three of his former colleagues namely Chan Wing Hoong, Shahrulnizam Mustapha and Muhammad Syafiq Jamal had made a similar decison to help Perak which had guided them to become respected players.

Wan Hossen, who played for Penang in the 2010 season, was a former member of the Perak squad for the President”s Cup which was absorbed into the Super League, before deciding to leave Perak in the last season.

Perak Football Association (Pafa) president Datuk Zainol Padzi Paharuddin said the association had received the release letter from the Penang Football Association to secure Wan Hossen”s services today.



Zainol said Wan Hossen”s presence would give an edge to Perak which had now been strengthened following the signing of Akmal Rizal Ahmad Rakhli.

Other players who had signed up with Perak are Khairul Amri Salehuddin, Mohd Khairi Zainuddin, Mohd Sharul Hafiz Mohd Syafie, Mohd Arif Ismail, Mohd Syazwan Mohd Roslan, Mohd Nasril Mat Nourdin, Harizul Izwan Abdul Rani, Mohd Nazri Mohd Kamal and Khairul Izzat Jamaluddin.

In addition, Perak also have Mohamad Nasir Basharudin, Azmeer Yusof , Mohamad Khalis Ibrahim, K.Nanthakumar, Muhammad Nurridzuan Abu Hassan, Mohd Syahman Zainuddin, Isma Alif Mohd Salim, Mohd Noor Hazrul Mohd Mustafa, Mohd Hisyamuddin Shaari, Razali Umar Kandasamy, Kamarul Effandy Abdul Rahim and Nurul Nasriq Kamarudin.
