1,000 free ‘bubur lambuk’ brings Kuala Terengganu traffic to a crawl

KUALA TERENGGANU: Traffic came to a crawl as 1,000 lucky motorists plying the Sultan Mahmud Bridge received packets of ‘bubur lambuk’, courtesy of the Duyong Marina and Resort, yesterday.

She said it was the hotel’s annual corporate social responsibility programme to contribute to society during the holy month of Ramadan.

The hotel also hosted a buka puasa for orphans at its premises, overlooking the South China Sea.
