KOTA BARU: A Kelantan Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) senior officer, who was remanded for 13 days to facilitate investigations into an alleged abuse of power, was released on bail today.

The release of the 47-year-old senior officer was issued by magistrate Ahmad Adha Amir Yasser Amri on a RM300,000 bail.

The man was detained at the MACC office in Kota Baru at 2.30pm on Aug 15 and remanded for seven days from Aug 16 till Aug 22. He was further remanded for six days till today.-nst
