PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today chaired the 121st Meeting of Menteris Besar and Chief Ministers at the Perdana Meeting Room, Bangunan Perdana Putra here.
The meeting, which began at 10am, was also attended by the Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa and several Cabinet ministers.
This was the second such meeting held this year which aimed to coordinate administration between the states and discuss matters arising.
The meeting this time saw several new faces attending, namely Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman who was appointed as the new Menteri Besar of Terengganu on May 12, succeeding Datuk Seri Ahmad Said who had resigned.
Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem was also a newcomer after taking over the post from the former Chief Minister (who is now the Yang Dipertua Negeri) Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud on Feb 28 this year. –BERNAMA
