PUTRAJAYA: Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (pic) has called on Umno to reform the party to allow a fair criticism of its leaders.

Dr Mahathir, who was once the Umno president, said it was the culture in Umno to support its leaders without questioning.

“A leader must be told about other views.

“A leader cannot do just anything he likes,” he told reporters Monday, when asked about criticisms against Umno and its current leadership.
