KUALA LUMPUR: A mother of one was slapped with a RM2,500 fine or in default two months jail at a magistrate’s court here for offering sex to a policeman for RM500.

Vietnamese Nguyen Thi Thuy Hua, 33, pleaded guilty before Magistrate Siti Radziah Kamarudin yesterday to the offence involving a policeman at an entertainment outlet in Dang Wangi here on March 24.

In another case before Magistrate Mohd Rehan Mohd Aris, a mother of one pleaded guilty to stealing goods worth RM157.50 from a Cheras AEON Jusco supermarket here at around 9.21pm on Sunday.

Ho Mei Yoke, 51, pleaded guilty to stealing various items.

Rehan handed down a sentence of RM500 fine and two days jail.-thestar
