ALOR GAJAH: Police are investigating an allegation that a Rohingya religious teacher has been outraging the modesty of a student since January.

The 22-year-old suspect with a UNCHR card is alleged to have kissed and ordered the 13-year-old boy to strip naked before holding his private parts as part of his training.

In the police report, the victim claimed that the foreigner made several attempts to outrage his modesty since enrolling in the school earlier this year.

The boy shared his ordeal with his 46-year-old mother last week.

The incensed mother lodged a police report on Sunday at the Alor Gajah police headquarters.

Alor Gajah OCPD Supt A. Asmadi Abd Aziz said the investigation was being handled by the Malacca police headquarters as it involved a juvenile.-thestar
