PETALING JAYA: Motorists using Besraya, NPE and Lekas highways during the New Year will receive a 10% toll discount in conjunction with the 2014 New Year festivities.

Users travelling along the Sungai Besi Highway (BESRAYA), New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) will receive a 10% toll discount for class 1 vehicles.

BESRAYA and NPE will receive a 10% discount for class 1 vehicles for all toll plazas. Whereas, LEKAS will receive a 10% discount for class 1 for the Ampangan toll plaza only.

IJM Toll Division Chief Operating Officer Wan Salwani Wan Yusoff said giving a toll discount was part of the company’s corporate responsibility initiatives in conjunction with New Year festive and to show its appreciate to highway users for their continuous support.

“In conjunction with the celebration of 2014 New Year and in line with the Visit Malaysia Year, we urged users to share information on traffic at Rakan Ronda Lebuhraya website (http://rakanronda.llm.gov.my) for smooth and safe journey,” said Salwani on Tuesday.

“Management of IJM Toll Division would also like to take this opportunity to wish Happy New Year 2014 to all users and plan your journey,” she added.

IJM Toll Division offers a toll discount on 1 January 2014 from 12.01 am until 12:00 o’clock midnight.
