BINTULU: The body of a newborn baby boy, with the umbilical cord still intact, was found inside the toilet of a university here this morning.

A woman stumbled upon the shocking discovery and later alerted the police over the matter.

Fire and Rescue Department deployed an eight-man team was deployed to the scene to remove the remains of the baby from the toilet.

They took about 30 minutes to fish out the body from the toilet’s bowl before the remains was sent to Bintulu Hospital for post-mortem.
