KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has called for an immediate investigation into the emergency landing of a Royal Malaysian Air Force aircraft on the Kuala Selangor coast today.

In a post on his Facebook account, he expressed gratitude that all the eight crew of the CN235 aircraft survived the crash-landing at Batu 2, Kuala Selangor, at 8.50am.

He also thanked the fishermen who had rushed to the aid of the RMAF crew.

“May God Almightly bless you,” he said in the post. All the crew were rescued by fishermen following the emergency landing, the cause of which is under investigation. –Bernama
