GEORGE TOWN: A director of a chain of nasi kandar restaurants was fined RM4,000 by a magistrate’s court here after he pleaded guilty to two charges of failing to submit Form C statements to the Inland Revenue Board for 2013 and 2014.

According to the charge sheet, Abdul Wahab E. S. Mohamed Hanifa failed to submit the assessment form for Syarikat Restoran Kapitan Sdn Bhd.
