PUTRAJAYA: The Education Ministry has ordered SMK Sri Sentosa to remove the closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed in the school’s toilets.

Education Minister II Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said it was inappropriate to install CCTV cameras in the toilets.

The school was at the centre of controversy recently over the cameras which were installed purportedly to curb vandalism among the students.
